What is the status of my order?

All Blue Balls are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon’s Fulfillment service, and should arrive to you within 5-7 business days. If you see any issues or have questions beyond tracking, please reach out to us at team@golfblueballs.com.
My balls aren't lighting up, what should I do?
expand_moreYou do have to hit Blue Balls pretty hard for them to light up. Our accelerometer is designed to detect a full club strike, so if you are having trouble getting your Blue Balls to light, be sure to give them a real smack off a cart path or a full club swing. If your Balls still don't light correctly, please send them back to us for a refund of the cost of your balls.
How can I determine the authenticity of my Blue Balls?

What is your return policy?

Can I order blue balls to resell?

How far can blue balls fly? Do Blue Balls fly as far as a normal golf ball?
expand_moreBlue Balls tend to fly 10-20% shorter than a normal high performance golf ball. We recommend clubbing up 1 club when hitting Blue Balls.
How do Blue Balls work?
expand_moreBlue Balls have an internal accelerometer that detects impacts like club strikes or a bounce against the cart path. When this accelerator detects impact, it automatically turns on LED lights inside the ball, and will start an 8 minute timer. The LED lights stay lit for the full 8 minutes, giving you plenty of time to get to your ball and set up your next shot.
What happens if I swallow my Blue Balls?
